Who we are
Dentelligence is an invite-only software service for UK dental labs. It is operated by Highland Code.

Information we collect on this website
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter:
- your contact name;
- your lab name;
- your work email address; and
- your phone number and message, if you choose to provide them.
We also collect basic server logs so that we can keep the website secure and reliable.
Cookies
The marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the service.
These are session and security cookies when you sign in, and Cloudflare Turnstile's bot-protection cookie on forms.
How and why we use information
We use demo request details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about Dentelligence.
We use basic server logs and strictly necessary cookies to operate, secure and protect the service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable service.
When a dental lab uses Dentelligence
The platform is invite-only. When a dental lab uses Dentelligence, the lab is the data controller for the practice and patient records it holds in the platform. Dentelligence processes that information on the lab's behalf under contract.
The platform is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure configured for the EU jurisdiction.
Service providers and sub-processors
We use the following providers to deliver Dentelligence:
- Cloudflare for hosting and security;
- Resend for transactional email;
- Twilio for WhatsApp messaging where a lab enables it;
- Stripe for payments where a lab enables them; and
- Fastmail for our own mailbox.
How long we keep information
We keep demo enquiries only for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry.
Platform data is retained in line with the dental lab's agreement with Dentelligence.
